Ishenbai Duyshonbiyevich Kadyrbekov (Ишенбай Дүйшөнбиевич Кадырбеков) (born July 16, 1949 in Naryn, Kyrgyz SSR) was the parliament speaker[1] and the interim president of Kyrgyzstan in March 2005.[2]
